Celebrate National Pie Day with a Slice of Advice

There’s the 4th of July. There’s Thanksgiving. And there’s today… January 23rd.

Pie lovers everywhere can rejoice because today is National Pie Day, also known as another delightful date that revolves around one of America’s most traditional treats.

We here at Lily & Lime are big fans of pie (it’s no surprise that our favorite happens to be key lime) and we’re excited to see that it’s slowly but surely making its way onto wedding dessert tables.

We thought today would be the perfect day to share some of our favorite pie-related tips, so we invite you to sit back and relax with a warm cup of coffee and a nice big slice of the dessert of honor.

What’s more irresistible than dessert? It’s dessert… In miniature form! Not only do mini pies look adorably fantastic in a sweet table display, but they are a great way to allow your guests to try more than one flavor.
